Xanthie Zervou was born,lives and works

in Greece ,on the small island of Corfu in the Ionian Sea. Starting in her school years with classical art, she followed a 20 year course in Fine Arts, which sheconcluded with a personal  style of Impressionist Art. A selection of her work has been shown at individual and group exhibitions.She has also held a permenent site on the Internet from the beggining of 1999 with approximately100 pieces of art on website:http://www.painting.gr She set up the site  wholly  by herself  without any knowledge on computers.Her work is found in private collectionsall over the world and there is also an original icon painted by her which belongs to the (famous) monastery of Agios Oros.She has been asked to establish an art gallery at the Music High Shool on Corfu as well as at the Public Library of Corfu. She is also a member of  EI.K.E Corfu.(Union of Artists)from 1993 and General Secretary , 2003-2008.
